  This was a completely unacceptable experience. The driver not only failed to fulfill the requested service, but also dangerously attempted to force my family off the road on I-17. It was a truly hostile and alarming welcome to Phoenix, and I’m deeply disappointed and frankly, concerned about the driver’s behavior and how his actions represent the company. report abuse
