  “I was really pleased with the service I received from DVP. Ethan, the plumber, was fantastic – he called ahead, arrived promptly, and was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He even took precautions like wearing shoe covers, which I appreciated.   Max and Branden were absolutely fantastic – truly a lifesaver! They tackled getting rid of our old hot water heater, which was surprisingly challenging, and then persevered through the cold wind and rain to install the new tankless system.   Jared from Deer Valley Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job repairing and replacing our cast iron drain pipes. He was so professional from the very beginning, clearly explaining the project and setting realistic expectations.   Martin consistently provides excellent service, and I always appreciate his professionalism. However, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my filtration system since it was installed, and I’ve discussed this with him. Despite his efforts to improve the water quality – he actually reduced it by three levels – the problem persists. I’ve contacted the company to explore solutions, including potentially adding another filtration tank, but I’m still waiting to hear back. Honestly, if Martin had proactively suggested this or alerted the company to the recurring issue, I would have given him a full five-star rating. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was absolutely devastating. They were directly responsible for a serious health issue in our family due to a complete lack of proper installation and flushing of our water system – it turned out to be contaminated with manganese. We had to undergo extensive and frightening blood tests to prove it was present in our system. Initially, their response was shockingly inadequate – offering us a refrigerator filter for a brand new appliance, completely ignoring the fundamental issue of a faulty installation. Adding to the stress, they initially refused to honor the warranty on our water heater, instead pushing us into a $7,000 purchase and forcing them to install a whole new system. We were without water for nine days, and during the chaotic install, they damaged our garage and shattered irreplaceable family heirlooms. The situation escalated dramatically when, three months later, their shoddy work caused a leak in our garage, leading to further delays and a complete lack of communication. We're now over three weeks without water and no drywall repairs have been made. It’s been a truly awful ordeal, and frankly, they’ve taken absolutely no responsibility for the disruption and distress they’ve caused. We’ve received no compensation whatsoever for our inconvenience and the damage to our property.” report abuse
