  “Tec was fantastic – he quickly identified that my old backflow unit needed replacing and then efficiently installed a new one in just 15 minutes. Really great service! On a separate note, I’ve been pretty unhappy with my American Home Shield insurance coverage, so I plan to cancel my policy when it expires.” report abuse

  Christian was fantastic! He arrived ahead of schedule, which was really appreciated, and it was nice to hear his voice when he called to let me know he was on his way.   “I was so impressed with the service I received when my HWH went out. Jared was fantastic – he called me right away on a Sunday and walked me through the initial steps. Kevin arrived the next day and handled the removal perfectly, and then Eric came on Wednesday and not only installed the new unit, but he stayed until he was completely satisfied that everything was working correctly. The communication was outstanding too; I received a text message just ten minutes before each technician arrived, and a phone call to let me know they were on their way. Honestly, the whole experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be using these guys again – I wouldn’t even consider going with anyone else, even if my warranty company suggested another company.” report abuse

  I wanted to share my positive experience with Pruitt’s Plumbing. Zach was fantastic – really professional and friendly, and he did a great job repairing my toilet tank. He also took the time to clean up thoroughly, which I always appreciate. I’ll definitely be calling him back if I need anything else. Misty in the office was also wonderful; she scheduled the appointment quickly and was so easy to talk to. She even accommodated my request for an appointment a day later.
