They were the only plumbers in the valley who were able to diagnose and fix a really tricky drain problem that others just couldn’t figure out. They took the time to really understand what was going on, pinpointed the exact issue, and got us back up and running quickly. Plus, they were great communicators and took really good care of everything.   Simon was fantastic! He came to our house to investigate a suspected water leak, and from the very first meeting, he was incredibly honest, friendly, and professional. His team thoroughly inspected the area, and thankfully, they found no leak. They then recommended a simple bib lock to address the water usage. What really stood out was Simon’s integrity – he completely avoided trying to upsell us. We were bracing ourselves for a $2700 repair, but now we just need to purchase a small $15 part.   Simon is an absolute lifesaver! I’ve used him multiple times for different home repairs – from toilet issues to plumbing adjustments, and even a tricky bathtub drain problem. He’s incredibly reliable, always friendly and professional, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing.   Simon has been absolutely fantastic! He’s stepped in twice now to help me out, and I can’t recommend him enough. The first time, he was able to repair my hot water heater after another company said it was unfixable – he saved me a huge expense. Then, recently, my tenant reported a plumbing problem, and it turned out to be just a loose screw that Simon quickly and expertly fixed, without charging me a dime.   Simon was fantastic! We had a burst pipe in our front yard connected to our main water line, and he quickly assessed the situation and gave us a really accurate estimate based on the pictures I sent. He actually got the job done the very next day, which was a huge relief. My husband and I were really impressed with his quick communication, his honest quote, and how efficiently he handled everything.   Simon was absolutely incredible – he really went above and beyond to take care of me when I had a major service line issue in my yard. He and his partner worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to get my water back on, and he even helped me communicate with my insurance adjuster to make the whole process run smoothly.   Simon at Simon’s Plumbing was fantastic – truly a breath of fresh air! He was one of the few plumbers I’ve dealt with who immediately answered his phone, quickly assessed my situation over the phone, and even walked me through shutting off the main water valve. Plus, he confirmed a same-day appointment right away. He kept me updated with clear timing and expectations throughout the whole process, and he was really clever in considering my upcoming remodel when diagnosing the problem.
