  I absolutely love my new windows and patio door from Renewal by Andersen! My first introduction to them was back in 2023, and after several visits – including a fantastic demonstration and a meeting with Robert in April 2025 – I knew I’d made the right choice. The installation team, led by Navil and Victor, were truly exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and took incredible care of my home, leaving it spotless after the job was done. Robert also checked in on the progress, which was a really nice touch. I was especially impressed with the quality of the Fibrex materials – the windows look fantastic and really block out the noise! I’m so pleased with the result and would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen – they delivered exactly what I hoped for. report abuse

  “We were really impressed with the whole process! They clearly explained how important a good installation is – you can’t have beautiful windows if they’re not done right. We recently had our patio doors installed and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. They look fantastic and the team were incredibly professional and considerate.   “Overall, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I have to say, Erica herself was a fantastic salesperson – she was wonderful to work with. However, the installation process was really problematic. While it was quick, the music playing during the work was incredibly loud and disruptive, and then a worker spent a long time complaining afterward. The biggest issue, though, was the follow-up. It took three visits to finally complete the job, and I’m still waiting for a response regarding a damaged screen and, shockingly, my brand new turf was completely burned during installation. I haven’t received any communication about this damage at all. Considering the price I paid and the lack of responsiveness and effort to fix these serious issues, I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I’ve used Renewal by Anderson twice now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job replacing three windows and my sliding glass door – it was a pretty complex project with a large picture window, and they handled everything perfectly. They even set up a temporary enclosure to manage the dust, which I really appreciated. Everyone I met was incredibly professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.
