Newman responded incredibly quickly – an estimator was with us the day after we called, and a project manager even scheduled a visit within a week! The price was fair, and we immediately agreed to proceed. The installers were fantastic; they arrived early, finished the job in half the time originally estimated, and were incredibly careful with our furniture and the surrounding area.   Overall, Newman provided a fantastic service. From start to finish, they were incredibly reliable – always punctual and delivering exactly what was promised. Rebecca was particularly helpful and kept us well-informed, and the whole team of Daniel, Jose, and Bernie did a brilliant job with the installation.   I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving lately from Newman Windows. I’m Millie Mussomeli, and I’m writing to express my concern. My grandson was getting windows installed, and I originally recommended Newman Windows based on my past experiences – I’ve had them for 10 years and always been thrilled with their service, especially after Mr. Newman personally came to my home and handled the initial setup. However, recently the service has become incredibly inconvenient and difficult to access, and I’ve had to advise my grandson to choose a different company. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! From the very first phone call, everyone was so easy to work with. Armando and Manuel were absolutely fantastic – they tackled the incredibly challenging job of removing our old, improperly installed windows and were so careful not to damage our window frame molding.   “I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I was with the customer service I received. Even though I hadn't officially booked anything with Newman yet, the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. They sent a really helpful reminder the day before my appointment, and then Daniel was fantastic! He completely took the initiative to call and text me when I was still unwell from being sick, and he even came out to take measurements of our windows from the outside – which was a huge help.
