  “I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with US Window & Door in San Diego. From the very beginning, with Dan, to the final installation, the service was outstanding. Martin, the owner, and his team really went above and beyond. Specifically, Eric, the installer, was fantastic – incredibly skilled, really meticulous, and he was also incredibly respectful and kept the whole process as smooth as possible. He did a fantastic job installing the Milgard windows, sliding door, and French doors, and you can really see the difference they’ve made to my home – the energy efficiency and noise reduction are great, and they’ve completely transformed the look of my house.   “We were absolutely thrilled with US Window & Door! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. When we reached out to get quotes on replacing our windows and sliding glass doors, they sent an estimator within two days, and quickly followed up with a detailed contract outlining everything. The prices were very reasonable, and once we signed, the owner, Martin, personally came to take measurements – which is a really impressive touch. He explained the typical 4-6 week manufacturing timeframe and, thankfully, he was spot on. The windows and doors arrived on Wednesday and were installed by Thursday and Friday. The installers did a fantastic job, and we’re really happy with the final result – they look amazing! What really set them apart was Martin’s follow-up; he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and it’s not every company where the owner takes that kind of initiative.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work US Window & Door did for me. About a year ago, they replaced my sliding glass door with gorgeous French doors, and just recently they completely renovated my windows throughout the entire house. The team was fantastic – so friendly and professional, and they took immense pride in making sure every installation was absolutely perfect. I was especially impressed with Carlos, who went the extra mile multiple times to touch up the caulking and painting around the window frames. And when one window needed a full construction repair and the stucco was damaged from a previous job, the stucco repair team even tackled that problem, repairing the area below the window opening. Honestly, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the beautiful new windows – it’s been the best investment I’ve made in my home!” report abuse

Our salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and even pointing out things we hadn’t considered. And the office staff – the scheduler and everyone involved in the contract – were just wonderful, so helpful and friendly.   “We were absolutely thrilled with our recent experience with US Window & Door. As first-time homeowners, we were faced with a major project – replacing the windows in our beautiful 1925 Craftsman. From the start, the office was a pleasure to work with, and Martin, the owner, was incredibly patient and accommodating, even taking the time to chat with our four-year-old! Francisco and Simon did an amazing job installing all 20 of our windows in just two days. They were so careful, protecting our new floors with booties and pads, and even covering areas we hadn’t thought of. Plus, Simon was so kind to my son, who was constantly asking questions, and he even gave him an amethyst – a really special touch!
