  I was really disappointed with the final installation of my four Therma Tru doors. The doors themselves are excellent, but the installation process was severely lacking. Frankly, the fact that they require 90% upfront payment – significantly more than the industry standard of 50% – should have been a huge red flag. During the installation, it became clear they hadn’t followed even the most basic steps outlined in the manufacturer’s manual. For example, one door was installed directly onto rotted wood instead of the recommended treated wood, and two others were placed on the shipping crate – which isn’t a suitable surface for an exterior door. Plus, none of the sills were properly caulked and sealed because they weren’t supported by a flat, level surface. To add to this, two of the doors weren’t level with the floor, and the manager tried to dismiss this as not being necessary for new construction. I felt completely misled and gaslighted by the manager, Ayala, who insisted the work was done correctly despite the obvious issues. It’s clear they’re prioritizing avoiding responsibility over doing the job right. Despite this frustrating experience, I want to acknowledge the excellent service I received from other members of the Sivan team – Leona was incredibly helpful in ensuring my doors were delivered and installed promptly, and Max patiently guided me through several changes. However, the poor quality of the installation itself deserves zero stars. report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend this company. We used them to replace five windows with Milgard, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely seemed dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The price they offered was very competitive, matching a quote I’d gotten elsewhere. The installation was seamless, and the installers did a really thorough and clean job. I especially want to commend Sivan – she went above and beyond to resolve a tricky issue with my glass coverage warranty, ensuring I was completely happy with the outcome. My only small concern was with the quality control on the Milgard panels themselves; six of the ten panels had some internal scratches, but Sivan quickly took care of escalating the issue with Milgard to get it resolved.” report abuse

  Sivan did a fantastic job with the Windows installation itself – it went really smoothly. However, the process was a little complicated by delays with the accounting department. They weren’t able to properly process the final invoice, which led to multiple checks needing to be written. I had to chase them up on it, and unfortunately, they even sent a second invoice despite confirming the total amount due. report abuse

He was particularly impressed with Oded David Rahom, the sales manager, who was both knowledgeable and dedicated to finding a solution that fit his budget. Randy also appreciated the team’s responsiveness and respectful communication throughout the entire process, and he highlighted the professionalism of the whole Sivan team, including the installation crew.
