  American Vision did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our home! We had them install custom doors a couple of years back, and then they recently completed installing 13 windows – the difference is incredible. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Diego was a fantastic sales person, and the installation crew – Alex, Eric, Gerardo, Eduardo, Brigido, and Christian – were incredibly professional and efficient. They were in and out in just a half day, and we’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone we know! report abuse

  Ron and Elaine Miller had an absolutely fantastic experience with American Vision Windows. They said Diego Velez, their project manager, was exceptional – he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, was incredibly kind and helpful, and really made them feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They especially appreciated his follow-up calls and keeping them fully informed. On the day of the installation, the team was fantastic – polite, professional, and did a truly outstanding job installing all 17 windows quickly and neatly, and they cleaned up perfectly.   “Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience with American Vision Windows – from the initial quote to the final installation. Eric Brigido, Manuel, and Jerardo were fantastic; the installation was truly top-notch and they were all so courteous and professional. We initially got a quote from another company for a full window replacement, but the price difference was shocking – three times as much for essentially the same quality.   “Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the installation. Manuel, Elias, and Gerardo were a fantastic team – they worked together seamlessly and did a truly excellent job. They were very careful, especially when removing the old door frame and minimizing any damage to the stucco. The new door looks fantastic, and you wouldn’t even know they’d been here!   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our recent installation by American Vision. They installed three doors and twenty-three windows, and the quality of the product itself was excellent. The team was also fantastic – so courteous and professional, and we were particularly impressed with their skill and technique, especially when they replaced a very large window.   We were so pleased with the recent repair to our American Vision Windows! We had some gaps in the trim after some remodeling and contacted the San Diego office. The gentleman we spoke with was incredibly helpful and quickly scheduled a technician visit. Eduardo and Diego arrived promptly at 8:00 am and did an absolutely fantastic job – they were efficient, professional, and left everything looking spotless.   I’m absolutely thrilled with my new windows – Erzhan and Yaro were fantastic! They were so professional and took incredible care of my home, covering everything and cleaning up perfectly as they worked.   American Vision Windows truly exceeded my expectations – they handled everything flawlessly from beginning to end. I’d done my homework researching window replacement companies online, and when I visited their Miramar Road showroom, Bettye provided a fantastic, detailed consultation that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The installation team – Michael, Alex Sr., Osvaldo, Moises, Brigido and Gerardo – were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and treated my home with respect. They even took care of removing and replacing my window blinds, which was a wonderful extra service. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they completed the entire job, finishing by 1 PM, and they left the work area spotless. Honestly, you’d never know they’d been there – just beautiful new windows! I wholeheartedly recommend them and give them 5 stars. report abuse
