  Christina was fantastic to work with – she really took the stress out of choosing tile and flooring for our whole house. She started with some inspiration pictures we had and then presented us with some truly amazing options that fit perfectly within our budget. She even offered helpful suggestions along the way, and when we made a few changes, she was incredibly accommodating and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She has a great eye for style and was so encouraging, helping me to really explore my own aesthetic while also pushing me to be a little bolder.   Arizona Flooring did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our entire house – from the flooring and backsplashes to the showers. We were a bit overwhelmed at the beginning, but Christina really took the time to understand our vision and presented us with some beautiful tile choices that were absolutely perfect.   I went to the post office hoping to drop off a package, but my experience was really disappointing. The front desk person was incredibly rude; she chased me outside and reacted with anger when I simply exited my car after dropping off my package. It was completely uncalled for, and I felt panicked and embarrassed. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, she just dismissed me with a harsh and disrespectful remark. Honestly, her reaction was over the top and made me feel completely unwelcome. Because of this experience, I won't be recommending this post office to anyone. report abuse

  I’ve been a regular customer at this post office for a while, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly greetings and helpful staff. However, I recently experienced a deeply concerning interaction that I felt compelled to report. When I brought a friend with me – a Black woman – to ship a package, the employee working in the tile area gave her a clearly disapproving and unsettling glance. Furthermore, the staff member who knows me well seemed dismissive and spoke to my friend in a way that made her feel belittled and uncomfortable. It was incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable to witness this kind of behavior. My friend, being new to the location, thankfully didn’t notice the disparity in treatment, but I did. I will no longer be using this post office until I’m confident that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. report abuse
