Because we were new to the area, scheduling our meeting was incredibly easy via email, and she was so accommodating given our tight timeframe. She truly took the time to understand our vision and offered some really helpful suggestions. I especially appreciated that her showroom had a great selection of flooring and materials at various price points – there was something for every budget. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or like our ideas weren't valued; it was a completely comfortable and positive experience. Christina was fantastic at helping us really pinpoint what we actually wanted for our home, which led to a beautiful result. They handled everything – from the design to the installation of the tile and flooring – with professionalism and care. When we had a minor issue with some scratches from the movers, they resolved it immediately and without any hassle. We recently had them replace our staircase carpet with matching flooring, and we’re really impressed with the quality. Lauren has been working with Christina, and she’s been absolutely wonderful – so helpful, patient, and always quick to respond.
