He really took pride in his work, paying such close attention to every detail – the seams, the transitions, everything was perfect. It completely transformed our space and we’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the floors look. Abraham was so easy to work with, really communicative and respectful of our home. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right and making sure we were completely happy.   Zona Floors really exceeded my expectations! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic.   “I wanted to say what a great experience I had with Zona Floors. A friend recommended them, and I’m so glad I listened! Jacob was fantastic – really knowledgeable, super friendly, and he gave me a really clear and detailed estimate that covered everything, including whether I’d be supplying the LVP myself. I especially appreciated the option to choose my own product. What really stood out was that they didn’t just slap some new flooring down; they completely removed the old baseboards, which was a huge bonus – many contractors just add a little toe kick. Jacob was really accommodating and made sure that was what I wanted. The installers were fantastic too – they arrived on time, worked quickly and were really friendly, and they cleaned up everything perfectly. Tom, the owner, contacted me after I got a quote through Angi, and then Audrey came out to assess the project and gave me a fantastic estimate, even showing me some visuals of the finished floor on her laptop – which was incredibly helpful as I’m a visual person. The installation itself was fantastic. Ray did an absolutely amazing job, completing the project in just two days instead of the three originally estimated. He was punctual, hardworking, and took great care to keep the rest of the house clean and tidy. There was a small issue with a chip in the wood at the bottom of my dresser, but Audrey and Abraham Jr. jumped right into it. They were both incredibly responsive and professional, and Abraham Jr. expertly repaired the damage.
