  “Overall, working with Arizona Tile was a really positive experience, especially considering the distance. I initially struggled with choosing the right tile, and the thought of another trip to Arizona Tile was daunting. However, Ariana was fantastic – she quickly understood my situation and sent over some great alternative options that perfectly matched what I was looking for, despite being so far away. Honestly, I don’t have a natural eye for design, and the whole tile selection process was a bit overwhelming. But Jazmyn Hart really helped me feel confident and comfortable, walking me through the different choices and giving me her honest advice.   Overall, I had a really positive experience – the granite countertop I chose is beautiful, and John, the slab manager, was fantastic – patient and kind throughout the process. However, I was a little disappointed with the service at the front desk; April wasn’t very friendly and seemed to treat other customers the same way. report abuse

  “I had a really disappointing experience. I contacted them about prefab granite countertops and spoke with someone named Ethan twice. I was hoping to get some samples, but their idea of ‘help’ was just giving me a clipboard and sending me off to a massive warehouse to browse on my own. There was no one there to answer questions, and the staff just seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. It was like they were actively avoiding helping, which was a far cry from the positive experience I had when purchasing tile previously. Honestly, the showroom staff were just a joke, and I left feeling completely let down.” report abuse

  “This place has an amazing selection of granite, quartz, and quartzite – seriously, they have a huge variety. The showroom itself is really nicely done, like you’d expect from a good tile and stone store. But what really sets them apart is their warehouse; it’s incredibly clean, incredibly well-organized, and absolutely massive. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time browsing, though! My only advice would be to take photos of any stone you’re considering, along with the sign identifying it – it's easy to get them mixed up.” report abuse

  “This tile place was really well-organized and had a fantastic selection of granite and quartz – it was great to see so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and available whenever you needed assistance. They even had a separate playroom for younger children, which was really thoughtful, as they couldn’t be in the warehouse itself.” report abuse
