  “I wholeheartedly recommend Floor Daddy – they were fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, particularly thanks to Javier Llamas. The installation itself was flawless, and it’s clear they’re a local company that genuinely cares about their customers, a refreshing change from some of the larger chains. We initially had a bit of a hiccup when the floors we’d ordered were damaged, but the team moved incredibly quickly, sending Javier back out to help us find a replacement – even a more expensive option – and they still stuck to our original installation timeline. The installation crew was incredibly professional and finished the job in just three days instead of the originally quoted five! Plus, they went above and beyond by addressing some unexpected damage and installing new boards for us. My only small concern was a miscommunication about our financing, which initially resulted in a higher monthly payment. However, Javier stepped in and worked with the financing partners to completely resolve the issue and significantly reduce our payments – a level of dedication and service I’ve never encountered before.” report abuse

  “I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work Floor Daddy and the Carbajal brothers did for us. We had a really tough situation – a water leak that necessitated replacing all our floors, and unfortunately, a previous company had done a poor job with our floors four years ago. From the start, they were fantastic! Jed and the team were so thorough, properly leveling and prepping the floor with a dual moisture barrier, and they truly went above and beyond. The crew was not only incredibly professional but also really fun to work with, and they finished the job ahead of schedule and to an absolutely outstanding quality.   “I couldn’t be happier with Floor Daddy! From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were incredibly professional and efficient. They gave me a fantastic price, even better than Home Depot, and their team – especially Pedro – did an amazing job. They installed the carpet, moved all my furniture (beds, dresser, etc.) – everything was completed the same day!   “I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Floor Daddy! Sidney was truly wonderful, and the whole staff was incredibly helpful and awesome. I also visited the new Tempe showroom and was blown away by the huge selection of flooring samples – Jason was particularly knowledgeable, explaining why large wood plank flooring is so popular for making rooms look bigger, and why tile is a favorite in Arizona due to its temperature-regulating properties.
