  Overall, I had a really positive experience with the window replacement. Mr. Aderlman was fantastic – he was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The installation person was also incredibly helpful. The only slight hiccup was a small delay due to the ongoing effects of COVID, but everything else went smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend Mr. Aderlman to anyone needing a window replacement. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience I’ve had with this company. Over a year ago, I commissioned a window and door project, and it’s still not finished. Initially, I was drawn in by a financing offer – 24 months with no interest or payments – but just 10 days later I was told the terms had changed to include payments. I should have questioned this further, but I blindly trusted the salesperson who seemed inexperienced. After a 14-16 week timeline, we’re now over 53 weeks later, and the project remains incomplete. Adding to the frustration, the owner suddenly suggested switching brands and offered a $900 refund, which involved going through another dealer. Unfortunately, the new windows and doors arrived the wrong size and damaged. The initial subcontractor did a passable job on the door itself, but the installation was completely botched – the door was installed incorrectly, without proper permits, and the windows were measured and installed terribly, with two still not fitting. The owner repeatedly apologized and made promises to fix things, but nothing ever got resolved, and I felt completely ignored. Now, he’s even recommended a painter who’s ruined my windows and won’t respond to my calls. This whole situation has been a huge waste of my time and caused me immense stress. report abuse

What really impressed me was how neat and tidy they were – they left absolutely no mess. The new windows are fantastic; they’ve completely solved the problem of drafts and have made a huge difference in reducing outside noise, especially from the road.
