  “I honestly couldn’t recommend Red Rock any higher. I was in a really frustrating situation renovating my first rental property in Tempe, and they were a lifesaver. The original kitchen window was enormous – it dominated the entire wall – and I needed it replaced with a much smaller window and a new skylight. I contacted several contractors, and everyone told me what I was asking for was either impossible or ridiculously expensive. But Thomas and his team at Red Rock were different. They not only said it was doable, but they gave me a price that actually made sense. Blake did the installation, and he was fantastic – so professional and easy to work with. The finished product is incredible; the windows look amazing and have completely transformed the kitchen. From the very beginning, Thomas kept us constantly informed, even visiting our house to talk through the details. The installation team was the most professional and skilled we’ve ever encountered – they started early and finished the entire job in a single day. The doors look incredible, you can tell they put in a lot of care and attention to detail, and the finish work is just beautiful. They even did a thorough walk-through with me before they left, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work. Plus, they left the house spotless – you wouldn’t have known they’d been there!   “I was so thrilled with the work Jeff Miller and Red Rock Windows did on my new condo! My real estate agent recommended them, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly professional – they arrived on time for the measurements, provided me with all the documentation I needed to get approval from my HOA, and delivered the windows exactly when they promised. The installation itself was flawless; they took care of everything, including insulating the windows with foam, caulking the interior edges, and even repairing the stucco around the windows. Honestly, as someone who works in new home construction in Wisconsin, I know quality work when I see it, and Red Rock Windows truly delivered.   “We couldn’t get the HOA to approve the windows from American Vision, so we started looking for alternatives, and we’re so glad we found Red Rock. They were incredibly straightforward – no pushy sales tactics and their prices were really reasonable. We got a quick, in-home quote, and they were significantly cheaper than American Vision. The windows were installed on schedule, and the team was fantastic – friendly, super efficient, and kept the work area really clean. We did find a couple of small caulking issues a few days after installation, but Red Rock responded immediately and sent someone out to fix them. Overall, we’re really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them.” report abuse
