But the real stars were the installation crew: Tim B, Chase A, Joey R, Rich L, and Daniel D. They were absolutely incredible, installing all 13 of my windows in just 8.5 hours without a break! Their workmanship was outstanding, and they were also incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and offering great advice on how to care for the windows.   I was really pleased with the window installation I had done today. Cliff, Omar, and Alonzo were fantastic – so knowledgeable and friendly, they really took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. They kept me updated every step of the way and were incredibly detail-oriented, explaining everything about the windows. The final result looks beautiful, and the installation was seamless.   Overall, my experience with Renewal by Anderson on this project was really positive, though it had a couple of unexpected elements. I’m doing a second project with them and split it into two phases. The first phase, installing the windows, went incredibly smoothly – the customer service was fantastic and the windows themselves were excellent. However, the salesman didn’t quite accurately convey the exact dimensions of the frames, which was my own responsibility to double-check, but I appreciate them being upfront about it. Later, after a closer look, I noticed some cracking, and I contacted customer service who were very responsive and quickly reassured me it wasn’t a result of the installation. It turned out the cracks were actually due to issues with the foundation of my house, which was a relief to discover. The second phase, installing the doors and patio door, was equally great. The team was incredibly friendly and customer-focused, always answering my questions and going the extra mile – they even offered suggestions for trim colors and quickly swapped out the hinges when they were a different color. The doors themselves feel very sturdy and well-built, and the attention to detail, like ensuring they were level and properly aligned, was impressive. Despite being a bit lengthy, I wanted to be honest about my experience. Renewal by Anderson is pricier than some other options, but considering the quality of the products and the way they addressed my concerns, I would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again if I were moving. report abuse

  Anton and the whole team were fantastic! He really impressed me – a seasoned customer service professional of 38+ years – with his thorough patio door demonstration and setup. He not only did exactly what he promised, but went above and beyond. The install crew were also incredibly professional, taking great care to protect my home with the plastic sheeting, making cleanup a breeze.
