  “I was incredibly frustrated with the service I received. I scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance, even going so far as to rearrange my work to be there fifteen minutes early. Then, just a few hours before, I received a text canceling the appointment due to a lack of response – a response I hadn’t even seen! When I called to understand what was happening, I spoke with Mike, who essentially blamed me for the cancellation and hung up on me. He said it wasn’t his fault there were too many no-shows and that he didn’t want to waste his time. It was completely unacceptable for him to just hang up on me, especially since I hadn't received the initial confirmation text. I explained that I’m often busy and don't always have immediate access to my phone. Honestly, this caused me a significant inconvenience and a loss of time, and his response was completely unprofessional. The main office was able to reschedule for two weeks out, but I strongly advise against working with Mike – his lack of concern for clients’ time is concerning. Moving forward, I believe a company should contact clients a day or two before an appointment, rather than sending a last-minute confirmation text and then canceling without any consideration.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my experience. I initially gave them a two-star rating hoping they’d improve, but unfortunately, they completely failed to follow up on two appointments, which was incredibly frustrating. However, things went from bad to worse when one of their employees contacted me months later, accusing me of being a bad person for my review – essentially harassing me. Because of the ongoing poor communication and now this unacceptable behavior, I’ve had to move on and won’t be continuing my business with them. report abuse
