  “I initially gave Weathersby Windows a very low rating, but I’m happy to update it. The situation was incredibly frustrating, starting with inaccurate information about rebates and the Sunmatrix window treatment. Then, the installation itself was a disaster – leaving damaged stucco, uneven caulking, and a crooked window. However, I want to specifically commend Robby, who traveled from Tucson to address the remaining issues. The company really went above and beyond to make things right, and thankfully, the windows look much better now. While the initial experience was awful, the company’s response and Robby’s expertise ultimately turned a terrible situation around.” report abuse

  “We were so pleased with our experience working with Weathersby Windows & Doors. They replaced our old, outdated aluminum windows and patio doors with new Anlin windows and doors, and the installation was fantastic. We absolutely love the quality of the windows and doors, and we think the price was incredibly fair. Honestly, it was a completely different experience than we had with the other companies we contacted. They were really pushy and tried to pressure us into a quick decision, even after drastically lowering their prices – still, they ended up costing us $5,000 more than Weathersby’s initial, straightforward quote.” report abuse

  “We’re absolutely thrilled with our recent experience with Weathersby! Following our fantastic window replacement, we decided to have them replace two of our doors too. Vinnie was fantastic, taking the time to walk us through the color chips and catalogs to find the perfect doors for our different spaces. He patiently answered all our questions as we finalized the order. We ran into a bit of a snag when the wrong trim kit was sent, but Crystal stepped in and quickly got everything sorted and rescheduled our installation. Luis and Jesus were incredible – they really went above and beyond, creatively solving some tricky installation issues and paying such close attention to detail. They cleaned up perfectly and were incredibly courteous and professional throughout the whole process.   “I’m so pleased with Weathersby Windows! I actually had them install my front door two years ago, and more recently they replaced seven of my windows. From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Mike was great back then and continues to be a pleasure to work with, and Crystal is a really helpful and friendly person on the phone. Chris did a wonderful job coming to the house to measure and answer all my questions. And Kirk, the lead installer, was fantastic – he kept the whole area spotless and was incredibly polite and professional. Honestly, the windows look absolutely perfect – you can tell they’re top quality. I’d definitely use Weathersby Windows again and happily recommend them to anyone!” report abuse

Chris was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the perfect windows, and Kurt and the installation team were absolutely fantastic! They even managed to squeeze us in for the installation just one week before our originally scheduled date due to another customer’s change of plans.
