  “I was really pleased with Stark Fencing – they were incredibly responsive and got the estimate and work done quickly. The team who did the job were fantastic – really professional and did a brilliant job building a dog run panel with a secure gate, replacing a damaged gate, and fixing some of the existing fencing. It was a smaller job, but I was a little surprised that not all companies were willing to take on something this size.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with Stark Fencing. After installing a solar gate through them, I’ve now needed service because it’s malfunctioning, but I’ve been completely unable to get any assistance. The owner, Will, has repeatedly promised to come out and take a look, but he hasn’t shown up at all. I’m switching to another company and won’t be recommending Stark Fencing to anyone.” report abuse

  “We’ve used Stark Fence for our fencing needs for the past ten years, but we’ve been incredibly disappointed with their recent service. We’ve contacted them twice in the last month to discuss a new project, leaving a voicemail and even speaking with a representative who promised Will would call back – and he never did. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially as a repeat customer. Honestly, if you’re looking for fencing for your home, we wouldn't recommend Stark Fence unless they see a really big profit in the job.” report abuse
