  “I can’t say enough good things about AZ Snake Fence! We hired them to install a snake fence while we were away, and we were a little nervous about trusting anyone with this job. But James did an absolutely incredible job – the attention to detail and how neat he made everything was fantastic. Honestly, you wouldn’t even know there was a fence there! It’s given me so much peace of mind knowing my pets are safe. And just today, we actually saw it in action – a snake tried to get into the yard, but it just kept sliding along the fence! It was pretty amazing, and a perfect demonstration of how effective this fence is. Definitely worth the investment!” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience installing an Arizona Snake Fence around my property. While the fence itself seems to be doing its job, the installation process caused a significant amount of damage to my existing landscaping – they uprooted nearly all of my mature plants. Sadly, 25 of those plants didn’t survive afterward. I wish Arizona Snake Fence had been upfront about this potential damage and given me the opportunity to arrange for a landscaper to replant them. When I asked for their assistance in restoring the plants, they refused and denied any responsibility for the loss. Ultimately, I ended up spending several thousand dollars and losing a large portion of my yard’s greenery – I wouldn’t recommend Arizona Snake Fence.” report abuse

  “We hired Arizona Snake Fence two months ago, paying $4000 for a snake fence installation, and frankly, we’re incredibly disappointed with the experience. We chose them based on their promises of post-install snake removals, inspections, and a warranty – all of which seemed like a solid investment for peace of mind. Initially, we felt secure, but then a rattlesnake appeared just one foot from our fence! We had to pay another company to remove it. When we contacted Arizona Snake Fence, the owner initially suggested other causes for the snake’s presence, dismissing our concerns about the fence’s security and our safety. Worse, he charged us a service call fee to investigate, despite offering a ‘free warranty’ – a warranty that clearly doesn’t cover situations like this. It was frustrating to have our concerns minimized and then be billed for a visit that should have been included. We feel completely let down and that Arizona Snake Fence failed to uphold their promises and provide the customer service we expected.” report abuse

  James was fantastic to work with – truly professional throughout the entire project. He was incredibly thorough and kept me fully informed, so there were absolutely no unexpected issues. What really stood out was his honest and friendly approach, and his incredible work ethic. The quality of the fence itself was outstanding, and I was so impressed with the finished product. Honestly, it’s made a huge difference; I used to have problems with snakes on my property, but now I feel completely secure knowing my yard, family, and pets are protected.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work James and his crew did installing the snake gate for our property. We were originally looking for a solution to snake prevention, but when we had a serious problem with Sonoran Toads entering our yard during the monsoon – it was actually a frightening situation, especially with our dog so close to one – we knew we needed immediate action. They really went above and beyond, and James was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. The crew was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and the workmanship was truly top-notch. It’s a really skilled trade, and we feel like we’ve made a fantastic investment.   “James and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing the snake fence for our property, which is located on a wash. They were so professional and went above and beyond – not only did they do a really thorough job with the fence, but they also trimmed some bushes and cleaned up the whole area afterward.   “I had a fantastic experience with James! He was recommended to me by a previous customer, and from the start, he was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain his approach to protecting our home from snakes. It really helped my wife feel more comfortable, which was my biggest priority. The installation itself was done perfectly, and what impressed me most was how seamlessly he blended the system into our home – it didn't look like we’d just built a fort!
