“We were moving our family and our four dogs from California to Tucson, and we really needed a secure, enclosed dog run with snake fencing and a roof. Given our rural location and the wildlife – coyotes, bobcats, and even mountain lions – the snake fencing was absolutely essential. We contacted a few fence companies and chose Biff Baker because they were incredibly responsive and professional. They handled the entire project, from start to finish, while we were still in California, and they stuck to their timeline perfectly. The materials were exactly what we expected. It was a little pricier than some other options, but honestly, the peace of mind and the quality of service we received made it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a reliable fence company that truly gets the job done right, I wholeheartedly recommend Biff Baker.”

“The quality of the work itself was really good, but we had a frustrating experience overall. Getting in touch with the sales representative was incredibly difficult – they were consistently hard to reach. We had a work order that took an unreasonable four months to complete, largely due to delays and a lack of communication, specifically around the impact of COVID in 2022. The sales rep seemed to lose track of the order, and we were given numerous promises of updates that never materialized. It wasn't until we seriously considered finding another company that they were suddenly able to get everything they needed. It’s a shame because the work was good, but the communication issues and significant delays made the process incredibly challenging.”

“I initially contacted him over a month ago to get a quote, and while he was a little late responding, we had a good discussion about my project needs. It took a few weeks to receive the bid, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite match what we’d talked about. He promised to follow up with a revised bid by Monday, but I haven’t heard from him since, despite leaving several messages. Sadly, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.”

The estimator came out, but then he left the company unexpectedly and we never received a quote. Despite several calls, including one on January 5th, 2022, we still haven’t heard back from them about getting our fence repaired.”

Getting in touch with anyone was nearly impossible, and the salesman was incredibly inconsistent with his information – it felt like he was saying different things at different times. There was a complete lack of transparency, which made us feel like they weren’t genuinely interested in helping us, or worse, that they were trying to take advantage of us. Sadly, we decided to go with another provider.”
