  “I was trying to get a quote for a gate for my yard through American Fence Co. online, and while they initially requested some additional details – specifically about where I’d be installing it, which I’d already stated in my original request – it took a surprisingly long time to get a response. I ended up calling the Tucson branch because the Phoenix office wasn’t helpful at all. Thankfully, the Tucson team was fantastic; they got me a quote and a form within two days, and I’ve since received updates on the ordering process.” report abuse

  Honestly, the customer service was pretty bad. It seemed like the people working there just didn’t have a good grasp on how to treat customers – and, to be fair, the area they’re in kind of reflects that. report abuse

  “I hired them to extend my existing fence, and I was happy to pay the extra cost. However, when I asked them to add five more poles, they tried to charge me an additional $200 for just a quick 10-minute job. While I’m willing to pay for the work, an hour’s charge for such a small task felt completely unreasonable.” report abuse
