Honestly, the customer service was pretty bad, and it seemed like the staff’s demeanor reflected the neighborhood – unfortunately, not in a good way.
-
“I hired them to extend my existing fence, and they were upfront about the cost. However, when I asked them to add five extra poles, they tried to charge me an extra $200 for just an hour of work – which, frankly, seemed excessive considering it would only take ten minutes. While I’d be willing to pay a reasonable amount for the extra work, an hour’s charge felt completely disproportionate.”
-
Daniel consistently delivers helpful advice and excellent customer service – everyone we interacted with found him to be a great asset.
-
“They’re a really reliable team – friendly, helpful, and they handle any type of temporary fencing installation, no matter how large the area.”
-
“Overall, I had a really positive experience. The customer service was excellent, and they were able to provide me with exactly what I needed.”
-
“I’ve been a regular customer here for years and I’ve always been really happy with the service and the quality of the fencing and parts.”
-
This is a really convenient spot for getting your fencing done – parking is easy to find, which is a big plus.
