  Net Zero Solar was absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We’d gotten a quote from a large national company, but their sales rep really tried to upsell us on a much bigger system than we actually needed, and at a 30% higher price. Thankfully, a neighbor recommended Net Zero, and we’re so grateful we did. From the very beginning, with Amy’s help, to the amazing work Dylan and his crew did at our home, they’ve completely exceeded our expectations. Chad was particularly helpful, taking the time to understand our needs and work with us to design the perfect system for our property. And they kept their word on everything they promised – it was truly seamless. We had some tricky issues with the county’s floodplain regulations, but Louis and Chad went above and beyond to navigate the approval process for us.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Net Zero. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and kept us fully informed about the progress of our solar system installation. The crew took a few months to complete the work, but it was absolutely worth the wait – the installation itself is fantastic, and it looks incredibly professional. What really stood out was that they didn’t use subcontractors, and their team was punctual, well-equipped, and genuinely courteous. I had a lot of questions – about sizing the system, financing options, potential ROI, the quality of the components (particularly Enphase, which is a key customer of my company), and the timeline for getting started. What impressed me most was that your team answered everything completely and honestly, really helping me feel confident in my decision. Brian’s data-backed recommendations were also valuable, and I appreciated that you didn’t try to oversell me. You clearly demonstrated how your solution and support package were the best fit for my needs. Finally, your team’s flexibility with the installation timing was crucial. I wanted to start the project in early December to take advantage of the 30% tax credit, and you were able to accommodate my request. The structured invoicing was also a nice touch. The installation itself was incredibly smooth – it took just two days, and the team was efficient and knowledgeable. I especially loved seeing the Enphase app in action!
