  Overall, I was really pleased with Saguaro. They offered the best combination of quality, price, and service I found during my research. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional and always responsive to my questions. Despite some unexpected delays – mainly with the city and utility approvals, plus the weather – they really went the extra mile to keep things moving and made me feel like a priority. They communicated well throughout the whole process, and I’m thrilled that the solar system is up and running just a few weeks after they initially estimated the project.   “We had a great experience with Solar Electric. We contacted a few other solar companies in the Tucson area who serviced Tubac, but their prices were way too high. Solar Electric offered us a fantastic contract and they did a really excellent job – professional service and a price we were thrilled with.   I was so pleased with my experience with Saguaro Solar! From start to finish, everyone was fantastic. Rich, our sales representative, really took the time to explain everything and make sure the solar system was the perfect fit for our home. The installation team was incredibly careful and professional, and they even took care of the cleanup afterward. Samantha, our project coordinator, kept me updated on every step of the process and was always quick to answer any questions I had.   “I wouldn’t really recommend Saguaro. Our solar installation was a significant problem – it took almost two months longer than expected to get everything up and running, and unfortunately, the system has already failed once less than a year later, which I believe was due to the initial poor installation. Getting it repaired was a huge hassle too, taking nearly three weeks and involving around a dozen calls. The good news is that the equipment itself is good quality, and they were reasonably priced, but overall, the experience was really disappointing.” report abuse

  Saguaro Solar really exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, they were fantastic – incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. We especially appreciated how responsive they were and how consistently on time they were. It was a bit tricky having a few different people involved in the project, but each one – from the initial sales representative to the team member who completed the conduit painting – was genuinely polite and helpful. The job was completed perfectly, on schedule, and even while we were traveling! We’re thrilled with the 20 kWh of solar power the eight panels are now producing.   “I was really impressed with Saguaro Solar – they made the whole process so smooth and easy. From the moment I contacted them, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. They even went above and beyond by painting a conduit as a small courtesy, and the team was exceptionally efficient and left the site spotless. Michele kept me perfectly informed about the project’s progress while we were waiting for approvals, and Heather and the rest of the staff were always quick to respond to my emails.   I’m incredibly disappointed to share this negative experience with Saguaro Solar Electric and Saguaro Roofing Plus LLC. I initially contacted them in December of 2023 to replace my solar inverter, and unfortunately, the situation has spiraled into a series of frustrating issues that I feel compelled to bring to light. Following a leak discovered on my roof due to the winter weather, I explored options, including Saguaro Solar’s roofing services, based on some initial research. However, their communication has been consistently poor, and they failed to provide updates on the roof work for six months. This was a clear breach of the contract, which didn’t even include their contractor license information. I’ve repeatedly requested a refund for the initial $12,121.25 paid for the roof and $1,629.96 for the inverter, and I’m willing to let them keep the inverter. It’s become clear that they’re avoiding me, and I’ve even contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona State Attorney General’s Office with no resolution. I’ve now had another company complete the roof work, and I’m deeply concerned about the lack of accountability and transparency from Saguaro Solar and Saguaro Roofing Plus LLC. I’m requesting that someone – ideally Noe Quijada, David Del Orcutt, Enrique P. Borboa, Abraham Alejandro Diaz Robles, Noe Quijada, or Douglas Vernon – reach out to me immediately to arrange for my money to be returned. I’m prepared to pursue further action if necessary. report abuse
