  Overall, I was really pleased with Saguaro Solar’s work on our new solar installation. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The installers were fantastic – quick, efficient, and did a fantastic job. It was great to have Donny check everything out recently to make sure it was all running smoothly.   Overall, I had a really positive experience working with Saguaro Solar and Saguaro Roofing – especially thanks to Ray Rabago who handled my sales. They were upfront about the timeline, initially estimating 4-6 months for the solar installation due to the changeover to Powerwall 3s, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once the roof installation was complete (which was surprisingly quick, just three days!), the solar portion got underway, led by Donny Boelter. Donny was fantastic – he answered all my questions, proactively addressed some minor aesthetic concerns I had, and even stopped by on his weekend to make sure everything looked right. The whole team of technicians were friendly and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. There was a slight hiccup when it was discovered my existing panels weren’t compatible, but Saguaro handled it really well and didn’t add a huge cost. I’d absolutely recommend them – and it’s worth noting, I got a significantly better price than I found with another company for a similar setup. report abuse

I had gotten a few quotes from different solar companies, and Saguaro Solar stood out because they took the time to truly understand my needs and explain everything in detail. They didn’t push me into anything, and the installation went exactly as promised. While the initial energy production took a little longer than initially estimated – mostly due to factors outside their control – their team was always responsive and helpful, getting back to me with answers within 24 hours whenever I had a question.
