  Honestly, this has been a really frustrating experience. The timeline was completely off – they initially estimated it would take no more than three months, but it ended up taking six. To add to that, the first inspection failed, and then the product broke down within a year, and now it’s broken again a year later. report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company. We had a really bad experience from start to finish. They completely failed to provide any support after the installation, and the owner never followed up on any of our concerns. Our electricity bills are still shockingly high – over $200 in the summer, despite having solar panels. Worse, the panels they installed weren’t what we agreed to, and we had a huge fight to get the missing panels put in place. They didn’t even do a proper system check when it was activated, and they didn't explain how to use the monitoring app. Now we’re stuck with a useless system and a loan we can’t afford. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using this company – it’s a complete waste of time and money.” report abuse
