  “I really regret choosing Solar Pros for my solar installation. Looking back, I wish I’d done more research beforehand. My electricity bills haven’t gone down at all, and frankly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The initial sales manager was very helpful and understanding, but he made some misleading promises – particularly about eliminating my electric bill entirely and receiving regular payments from the power company. That’s what really influenced our decision. I’ve spent countless hours calling my electric company, providing them with all the information Carlos and Alex gave me, but they’ve told me their advice – running my AC on full blast all day and adjusting my heating – is completely inaccurate. To add to the frustration, the equipment failed multiple times during the installation process, requiring repeated inspections. It’s incredibly difficult to get anyone from the office to respond to my calls or emails, especially when I’m concerned about equipment failures while everything is still under warranty. Honestly, I’d urge anyone considering solar to thoroughly research their options and make sure you have a strong relationship with your electric company before moving forward.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this whole experience. My husband was really pressured into signing up for solar panels – I felt like they rushed him. They installed the initial panels on my roof back in June of last year, and then another set for solar electricity a couple of months ago. Despite repeatedly calling to check on the approval process, I’ve been passed around and given the runaround. I’m now in June 2025 and my solar system is still not operational.   “I was incredibly disappointed with Solar Pros. We signed a contract back in June of 2022 to get solar panels installed, and they didn’t actually do it until almost a year later, in April of 2023. At the beginning, Adrian had assured us the installation would be finished by the end of 2022, which was really important to us because we wanted to start building up credits to lower our energy bills. Of course, that never happened, and now we’re stuck paying both our regular power bill and for the panels themselves. We tried to cancel the contract because of the massive delays, but they threatened legal action even though they were the ones who hadn't kept their word. Then, the owner, Alex, got involved, but he was really unprofessional – he seemed frustrated that we hadn’t contacted him sooner and didn’t follow through on promises of a meeting. It’s now March 13, 2025, and we still haven’t heard anything or seen any resolution. Honestly, the whole experience felt incredibly misleading and unsupported.   “I’d strongly advise against going with Solar Pro Az. I’ve researched several solar companies in Tucson, and I’d recommend exploring other options. Our experience was incredibly frustrating – the planner completely missed a crucial issue with our installation, pushing our timeline from three months to eight months before we even started generating power. They kept using phrases like “prioritized” and “expedited,” but the delays just continued. They consistently blamed TEP for the problems, even though other customers with later installations were connected without issue. We were promised compensation for the extended wait, but it’s still outstanding—almost a month after requesting it. They even asked us to remove our review, which is typical of how they handle things.
