  “I’m really impressed with the work the Az Pond crew have been doing on my pond. They were incredibly thorough, catching all the existing critters – fish, crayfish, frogs, turtles, shrimp, and even the polywogs – and safely transferring them to large tanks with aeration and covers.   “It’s fantastic to see the progress on the pool! What began as a simple leak quickly revealed the need for a full renovation of the pool – it was originally 17 years old.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Amy. As a maintenance contract customer, she initially told me the work they’d quoted wouldn’t be possible until late April, possibly even into May. Then, just a few days later, I received a call saying they were “on the way,” which was incredibly confusing and frustrating. report abuse

  “The crew, Lori and Edrik, were fantastic – they arrived on time and really went above and beyond, working hard throughout the whole afternoon. It was great to see them, and later another team member even stopped by to help with the cleanup.
