Alex was fantastic – he was incredibly helpful in designing some extra features like a water feature and additional lighting, and we absolutely love the finished result!   “We’ve run into a couple of issues with the new property’s HVAC system. The home inspector noted that the return air line is positioned too close to the unit – it needs to be at least six inches away to operate at full capacity.
