  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with AZ Pool Restoration. The work they did on my deck – it looks absolutely amazing! I’m definitely planning to use them again for future projects. However, I wish I’d discovered them sooner; I had my tiles cleaned by another company previously, and it was a real letdown. report abuse

  “Overall, we were really disappointed with this experience. The initial pricing was significantly higher than we expected, and frankly, the bid didn’t offer any assurances about the quality of the work. We were left with no guarantee of results.   Mark initially seemed promising, spending time looking at our pool and discussing potential options back in November. However, he hasn’t provided a quote yet – it’s been over two months now. Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the lack of follow-up; if I had to constantly chase them for a basic quote, I wouldn’t trust them at all. report abuse
