  Overall, we were really pleased with BWT. The gentleman who initially assessed our basement problem was fantastic – he took the time to thoroughly explain their approach and even came back a second time to go over everything with us. We appreciated how detailed he was, and the technique they used seemed really impressive compared to the other companies we spoke with. Plus, the communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and the owner even checked in with us on the first day to ensure we were happy with everything.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to BWT and especially Joey Buscemi for fixing my driveway. It was a really frustrating situation, and I was so relieved when they stepped in. The initial quotes I got were completely off – they were suggesting dumping huge amounts of concrete under the driveway or tearing up half of it without even addressing the drainage issue. I really appreciated Joey taking the time to explain the ‘cause and effect’ of the water runoff so I could actually understand what was going on. Plus, they did a fantastic job at a third of the price of the other quotes, and thankfully didn’t damage any of my landscaping. I also want to thank Todd and the whole team for replacing our sump pump – we were really impressed with the quality of their work. report abuse

  “I have to say, I was initially hesitant about getting the battery backup sump pump system installed, just trying to save a little money. But honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. The next week, we had a really intense thunderstorm – it was like a mini-hurricane! Without the battery backup, my sump pit would have flooded completely. The system worked flawlessly, and I’m so grateful. It was a really smart recommendation from BWT, and I definitely think it was good money well spent.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with [Company Name]. From the very first contact, we felt really well taken care of and had a great sense of confidence in their plan. The final result of the project is absolutely amazing – it’s been brilliantly executed, especially considering the testing it went through this summer, and the workers and the owner were both terrific throughout the whole process. Our only real feedback would be regarding the communication leading up to the start of the project. It took about six to eight weeks from signing our contract and putting down a deposit before work actually began, and during that time, communication wasn’t as strong as we’d hoped – we did feel a little frustrated at times. However, despite that, we’re extremely satisfied with the finished project and would absolutely recommend [Company Name] to others. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. The website advertised services that the company doesn’t actually provide – they specifically stated they don’t waterproof crawl spaces. When I contacted them about fully encapsulating my crawl space to prevent pests, they bizarrely suggested I contact animal control instead. It felt like a misrepresentation of their services and, honestly, a very strange response. report abuse
