  Michael did a fantastic job on my backyard fence and some drywall work during the rehab. He was really efficient and did everything professionally, and I felt like I got a fair price for his work.   Michael was initially great – he responded promptly and seemed really knowledgeable, which is why I contacted him. However, after our initial consultation, I had a really difficult time getting the estimate he’d promised. I chased him several times, but he never actually sent it, and despite knowing I had a deadline, he just kept saying he’d send it later. It felt like he was stringing me along, and honestly, a straightforward “sorry, not interested” would have been much appreciated. report abuse
