  We were really struggling with space, and when we started looking at adding an addition to our house, we weren’t really sure where to begin. Richard from Dream, Design, Build & Remodel was fantastic – he took the time to listen to our needs and offered some great ideas. We ended up working with him on a custom second story addition to our 1960s ranch, and honestly, the final result is absolutely beautiful. Throughout the whole process, Richard was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and his crew was so polite, professional, and detail-oriented.   Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dream Design Build & Remodeling. Mr. King and his team did an outstanding job on our two-story addition back in 2018, and we actually ended up using them again in 2020 for our screened-in porch. They really listened to what we wanted and delivered a design that completely met and even surpassed our expectations. What really stood out was how responsive and communicative they were – Mr. King always kept us in the loop, and any concerns we had were addressed right away. They’re competitively priced, incredibly knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. We especially appreciated how thoroughly Mr. King involved us in the design process, making sure we were completely thrilled with the project before we got started. Richard King, the owner, really impressed me; he’s been in the business since 1972 and handles everything from architecture to the details. He went above and beyond, particularly with the exterior work, making sure it perfectly met the Homeowners Association guidelines – he even spoke directly with them and kept me updated every step of the way. The crew was incredibly hardworking and dedicated, working daily until the job was finished, and Richard checked in with me daily.   “We absolutely love our updated home! We live in a lovely older house in Catonsville, built back in 1937, and for years our kitchen and dining room were just too cramped. Finally, we decided to knock down the wall between them, and we’re so glad we chose Dream Design Build & Remodeling. Richard King was fantastic – he really listened to our vision and created some stunning 3D designs that helped us really visualize the changes. They not only built us a beautiful new kitchen and opened up a fantastic family room, but we then decided to tackle another project: removing the wall to our sunroom. We were surprised to discover a double brick wall, but Richard and his team handled it with such skill and care, reinforcing the structure and completely transforming our sunroom. Now, the whole first floor feels completely new and bright, with our sunroom flooding the family room with sunlight and our old sunroom becoming a gorgeous dining room! From start to finish, it was a truly wonderful experience – Richard and his crew were incredibly considerate, responsive to every request, and just went above and beyond. They built a fantastic 700sqft extension and were incredibly professional throughout the whole process, working with me to get the price and design just right. You can tell they really know their stuff – they have a deep understanding of building and materials, and they use top-quality products. I actually had a small issue crop up after the initial build, and they fixed it immediately without any fuss. And a year later, when my deck needed a rebuild, I went straight back to them, and the results were absolutely amazing. They used fantastic quality materials, which I really appreciated.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work Dream Design Build and Remodeling did for my house. They completely transformed my two bathrooms, installed an attic fan and ladder, and gave my kitchen a fantastic upgrade – including new windows and a custom closet. They even painted the whole interior! From start to finish, the team was fantastic; they were always on time and kept me perfectly informed about everything. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and I genuinely felt like I was working with a completely trustworthy company. The prices were really competitive, and they’re the kind of professional team you just want to have around.
