We had a really bad situation – a waterline burst that caused significant damage under my living room floor – and Jay and his team were absolutely fantastic. They got the whole job done in just four days, which was incredible, especially given the circumstances. Not only did they expertly repair the pipe and replace the damaged flooring, but they also dealt with all the mess left behind by the previous owners. What really stood out was Jay’s responsiveness; he worked closely with my insurance company to navigate their demands, and he was incredibly attentive to detail. He even went the extra mile by planning the work to get my water back on quickly and let me access my upper level while the repairs were underway. And when they were finished, they even wiped down my walls – such a thoughtful touch! I’d used them for a French drain installation a few months ago, and it’s been working perfectly.
