  “I had a really awful experience with Concrete Driveway Company in Huntsville. I hired them to extend my driveway, and it turned into a complete disaster. Frank N., the local sales manager, handled the project, and I can’t recommend them. From the start, the lead on-site was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and they even drove a vehicle over my lawn outside the work area, leaving deep tire marks. The job itself is still far from finished – the edges are ragged, the surface is rough, and the slope is all wrong. To make matters worse, they carelessly bumped heavy equipment against my garage door, causing over $1,900 worth of damage when it fell. Despite all of this, they’re refusing to cover the damage and demanding full payment for a job that isn't even done. They claim to have a 10-year guarantee, but that’s simply not true. Honestly, I wouldn't trust this company with anything, and I urge anyone considering them to think very carefully.” report abuse

He promised to get the estimate to me that evening, but it’s now been over two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. I even tried to request another estimate, but I haven’t received a response.
