They were super easy to communicate with, and they were here the next day for the estimate and then again a week later to get it done.   “I was really pleased with the patio extension TNC Concrete did for my backyard – it looked fantastic at first. However, after a little while, I noticed some damage and discoloration on the new concrete. I was a little skeptical given I’d paid the full amount, but I contacted them and they immediately stepped up and fixed everything without any delay or extra cost! It was fantastic customer service. They were so efficient and professional. I wish I’d had a chance to tip them when they were finished, but honestly, the quality of their work and the reasonable price definitely make them worth recommending – good job, guys!” report abuse

  Overall, TNB did a fantastic job with the concrete pad and herringbone sidewalks. The crew was incredibly professional and really took pride in their work, especially the herringbone stamping – they paid a lot of attention to detail. I was also very impressed with the owner’s responsiveness; they were quick to provide a quote and completed the project within three weeks of our initial call. report abuse

  Honestly, this was a completely frustrating experience. I was asked to handle all communication via text, and from the start, it was incredibly difficult to get a response or even to have them remember who I was or the job we’d discussed. They were over a month late, and each time I reached out, it felt like starting from scratch. Then, on the day they were supposed to arrive, they were nearly two hours late, and the worker completely disregarded my concerns about the lateness. To top it off, they packed up their equipment loudly and used inappropriate language, speaking disrespectfully to me. When I confronted him, he just dismissed my concerns and, unbelievably, blamed *me*! It was like dealing with someone in high school – completely unprofessional and unbelievable. It seems like I wasn’t the only one having problems; I’d really recommend checking out recent reviews, especially those on the BBB.org, as there have been consistent issues reported since 2020. Willie and his team were fantastic – really professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my driveway extension, walkway, ramp, and some excavation. The quality of the concrete was outstanding, and they even exceeded my expectations in a few areas.   “Willie and his crew did a fantastic job installing the horseshoe driveway we needed. He was really responsive from the initial quote to scheduling the work, and the crew worked diligently for two weeks to complete the 12x100 foot driveway. I was particularly impressed with the price – it was fair – and the quality of the work and materials.
