Ken was fantastic to work with! He consistently kept us updated, always returned our calls promptly, and was incredibly reliable – he showed up exactly when he said he would. Plus, he did a really great job and was just a pleasure to work with, professional and courteous every step of the way.

I unfortunately have to say I wouldn’t recommend Ken’s services. We experienced a serious issue – they damaged our washing machine drain line, cutting into it and then covering it with concrete. This caused a significant flood inside our house, and we had to completely remove the concrete to determine the extent of the damage. The repairs ended up costing us over $2500, and we haven’t received any communication or support from Ken since.

I really wasn't impressed with this contractor. I scheduled a visit for an estimate and he promised to get in touch by the end of the week, but he never did. I followed up multiple times, leaving messages, but he still didn't return my calls. I wouldn't recommend using his services.
