  “I was really pleased with the work Southeast Concrete Solutions did on my garage floor. Mike and his team efficiently ground down 1150 square feet, completely removing the old stain and sealer. They did a fantastic job keeping the mess contained – they worked dry and cleaned up thoroughly, taking all the removed material with them. The floor looks absolutely amazing now, like new concrete!   “We were extremely disappointed with Eddie’s work and his handling of the project. He initially broke a section of our driveway and instead of fixing it properly, he attempted a patch job. Beyond that, he damaged several of our landscape lights, even throwing some over our fence, and completely removed six bushes without explanation or payment. His carelessness also resulted in concrete being spread across our patio, bricks, and even our basement doors. We had to stop him from further damage with the gauges he used, and after he left, we found concrete all over everything. Adding to the frustration, he’s falsely accused us of mistreating his workers because they didn’t speak English—which simply wasn’t true, as he rarely supervised from the site. We were simply trying to get the broken concrete replaced to its original condition, and he refused, escalating the situation with inappropriate and frankly, bizarre comments. Overall, his behavior was unprofessional and caused significant damage to our property.” report abuse

  “I’m really concerned about the lack of communication I’ve been experiencing. Mike initially came to assess my space and promised an estimate within a few days – it’s now February 2nd. Despite multiple calls and texts, I haven’t heard back from him. I even spoke to his mother and left a message, but nothing. To add to this, I drove to the address he provided this morning and the company wasn't there. I’m waiting to hear back and this silence is worrying.” report abuse

  “I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Southeast Concrete. When we moved in, our driveway had a really bad drainage problem – all the water from the road and sidewalks just flowed straight into our garage, backing up into the driveway. It was a nightmare, especially during heavy rains, and we were constantly battling clogged drains and standing water. We even started noticing cracks in the foundation! We got quotes from a few concrete companies, but nothing seemed permanent or affordable. Then Mike came along and completely transformed the situation. He designed and installed a fantastic drainage system, including a drain that runs all the way to our backyard creek. He even redid the concrete around the driveway, and it’s been perfect ever since. Six years later, the driveway still looks brand new – absolutely no cracks or issues. We no longer have to worry about water problems at all, and Mike’s solution completely saved us from potentially expensive foundation repairs.
