  “We were extremely disappointed with Eddie’s work and his handling of the project. He initially broke a section of our driveway and instead of fixing it properly, he attempted to ‘patch’ it. Unfortunately, his work was riddled with problems – he didn’t complete the job with the correct materials, he damaged numerous landscape lights, and he completely removed six bushes without our permission. He even caused further damage to our driveway with power washing and tracked down concrete across our patio and basement. We had to stop him from installing grey cinder blocks when we clearly asked for the original brown blocks to match our landscaping. It was incredibly frustrating to have to constantly chase Eddie down to address these issues, especially since he wasn’t actually present on the site most of the time. He made completely unfounded accusations about us treating his workers poorly, which was untrue, and frankly, incredibly unprofessional. Overall, it was a very stressful and chaotic experience.” report abuse

  Mike and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with my garage floor! I had a previous coating done that just wasn’t working out, and Mike took the initiative to completely remove it and apply the new product – the result is fantastic and even better than I anticipated. The whole job was completed in just three days, and Mike was incredibly professional and easy to work with.   Mike did an absolutely fantastic job with the curbing around our house.   “I’m pretty concerned because Mike came to my place on February 2nd to take a look, and he said he’d get an estimate to me within a few days. I haven’t heard back from him at all since then – I’ve called and texted repeatedly, and even spoke to his mom to leave a message. He thoroughly assessed the situation, came up with a brilliant, permanent solution – adding a drain that directs water to our backyard creek – and the work was done quickly and professionally. Six years later, the driveway looks brand new, with absolutely no issues whatsoever.   I was really disappointed with my experience using this company. It started mid-February, and despite several attempts to get a concrete staining quote, I’m still waiting. Initially, I contacted them about getting Mike to come out and provide a quote. It took four days to get a response, which I understood. However, after scheduling a visit for Wednesday or Thursday – which I specified as my telework days – I heard nothing for over a week. He finally called late Monday night, seemingly forgetting about me, and promised to call back Friday to set up an appointment. I waited all day, and instead received a text asking if I was available on Saturday, March 3rd – nearly two weeks after our first conversation. While I agreed to that time, he was late, and most frustratingly, didn’t have any samples to show me. He eventually came out on March 18th with his son, but it’s now April 2nd and I still haven't received my quote. He offered to make bigger samples for my wife to see, but I'm simply frustrated by the lack of communication and the extended delays. Honestly, the whole process has been incredibly frustrating, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. report abuse
