  “Overall, Affordable Plumber did a good job with the hot water heater replacement, but the price was shockingly high – over $2,500. I was really disappointed that they wouldn’t provide a detailed quote over the phone, which would have given me the information I needed to make an informed decision. We ended up having to use nearly all of our savings, and frankly, we didn’t bother getting quotes from other plumbers because we’d been led to believe Affordable Plumber would deliver on its name.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with the first company that came out. They initially quoted me $150 for an hour, but when they arrived, they suddenly raised the price to $250, claiming there was an error with the original quote – a classic bait-and-switch. The technician didn’t really diagnose the problem, just repeatedly used the snake and seemed to be stalling. It didn’t get the drains clear, and he even ended up damaging my bathroom sink drain by pulling out the pipe. Despite charging me $200 for this unproductive work, I still had blocked drains. I was really left feeling ripped off. Thankfully, I found Aztech Mechanical afterward, who gave me a full quote and completely resolved the issue by properly fixing both drains and replacing the damaged plumbing – it was a professional and thorough job.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Affordable Plumber! I had a sudden leak and Pat was fantastic – he patiently walked me through some initial steps and really helped me get it under control before scheduling a repair. Walt and Cody were equally great when they arrived; they were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job fixing the leak and replacing the damaged pipes. They even cleaned up thoroughly.   Pat has been our go-to plumber for years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s incredibly skilled – we’ve seen him tackle everything from installing a new toilet and gorgeous kitchen fixtures to completely redoing a previous, poorly done job. What really sets him apart, though, is his friendly and prompt service, and he’s really affordable.   Pat and his team – Cody and Walter – did a fantastic job installing our new sink and faucet. We really appreciated how responsive Pat was from the start, taking the time to research our options and listen to our ideas. The installation itself went smoothly, and they kept us updated on their progress. They were professional, efficient, and even brought back that night to fix a small detail we pointed out – we really felt valued as customers.   “Pat is absolutely fantastic! We’ve used him four times now, and he’s consistently done a brilliant job. He’s tackled everything from a tricky leak under our toilet and a new toilet installation to clearing a clogged sink and replacing our water heater. He even mounted our existing RO system and just fixed a leak we had underground. What really stands out is how meticulous he is – every job has been perfect, considering our house has some unusual plumbing. They were so efficient and left the whole area spotless.
