I’m genuinely thrilled with the service I’ve received from this company. I’ve used them a few times now, and I’ve been consistently impressed. Most recently, Scott came to my house and did an outstanding job replacing the pop-up drain pipes in my sinks and fixing my shower valve. I had a really frustrating experience with PlumbSmart. I got a quote of $2,000 to clear a significant kitchen sink blockage, but I declined. Shortly after, I was contacted by a manager who drastically reduced the price to $1100 and, conveniently, they had a technician available right away. It felt really strange that they didn't offer their lowest price initially. Honestly, it left me with a negative impression and I wouldn’t recommend them.
