  “We had a fantastic experience with Hansen Family! Our AC unit suddenly stopped working, and they were able to send a technician out the same day – a huge relief. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the scheduling process. Nels, the technician, was fantastic too! He was really friendly and professional, took extra care with shoe covers, clearly explained the problem and the different repair options, and he actually fixed it on the spot. It ended up taking a couple of days, but their team was fantastic – really professional, courteous, and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They were absolutely crucial when we were buying our first home – they identified a serious leak that would have cost us a fortune if it had gone unnoticed. More recently, Chad came out to our renovation project and was fantastic. He really took the time to review all the plumbing, and he was incredibly helpful in addressing our questions about the installation quality.   “Mark was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient – he tackled the whole bathroom renovation, including the faucet, supply lines, shower trim, and even the water heater, with no problem.
