  I absolutely have to rave about Hansen Family Plumbing! Kole and Josh were fantastic when they came to look at my AC. They were so knowledgeable, honest, and really went above and beyond to help me. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in under 30 minutes – seriously impressive! I originally got a quote from another company that said I needed a whole new unit, but thankfully I got a second opinion from Hansen Family Plumbing, and I’m so grateful. report abuse

  “Hansen Family Plumbing was fantastic! Our kitchen sink drain got clogged last night, and I quickly booked an appointment with them online. They promptly confirmed it and even offered to adjust the appointment time. Mitch arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue – it was a pretty stubborn clog way down the pipe – and gave us some helpful tips on how to prevent future problems.   “I contacted them about a really straightforward toilet leak, and they were incredibly insistent on sending someone out – it’s something I could easily handle myself. They quoted me a ridiculous $500 for a 45-minute job, and the parts would have only cost $20. Honestly, it felt a bit like they were trying to inflate the price, and with my wife being pregnant and me being so busy, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  Chad was a really great guy – he was incredibly helpful, clearly knew what he was talking about, and was really friendly, especially with the dogs!   “I was really impressed with Hansen Family’s service. On February 17th, Dick and Erik came to my house in Chandler to investigate a possible drainage issue that I thought was causing cracks in my foundation. They quickly ruled out any pressure or leaks, which could have been a simple goodbye, but they went above and beyond. They spent a significant amount of time with me, walking around the house and helping me think through all the possible causes of the cracks. It was truly appreciated that they didn’t just dismiss my concerns; they genuinely wanted to help me problem-solve, and I really valued their time and expertise.” report abuse

It’s rare to find a vet-owned business so professional and helpful, and from the very first conversation to resolving the backed-up drain issue, they were fantastic. They really took the time to explain everything upfront, and when Dick arrived, he quickly and efficiently located the problem – it turned out to be quite a distance down the line! The price was incredibly fair, and we appreciated that he took care of cleaning up afterward.
