  Rainforest was fantastic – we had a really urgent plumbing problem this morning and they were able to send Edwin to our home the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got it resolved really efficiently. What really stood out was how professional and easy to talk to he was, and he was so patient and kind with my grandson, who was completely fascinated by him! We really appreciate those qualities in a service provider, and we’ll definitely be using Rainforest again. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Andy and Jose – they’re fantastic! They really went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner, and their professionalism and positive attitude were incredible. It was a really tough job, especially with the heat and humidity (it’s 98 degrees and 70% humidity today!), and they had to climb on the roof multiple times.   “We had a really frustrating evening when our air conditioning stopped working, but thankfully Rainforest Plumbing and HVAC responded incredibly quickly. We initially suspected the thermostat, but it turned out to be the unit itself. Josh arrived within just 45 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problem, explaining our options clearly. He fixed the issue within an hour and got us back to a comfortable temperature. Josh was fantastic – so professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.
