  “I was really frustrated with this experience. The initial diagnosis cost me $225, and the plumber identified the issue as an overflow, but then he recommended extensive and expensive mold mitigation work. He contacted my insurance company and a mold specialist, who confirmed there was actually no mold present – it seemed like a potential scam. Another plumber then inspected the work and determined the leak was actually caused by faulty fixtures around the shower handle and spigot. Overall, it felt like a misdiagnosis and a significant waste of time and money. I’m concerned about the initial assessment and the way this was handled.” report abuse

We were really worried about a water leak, but it turned out to be a simple meter problem, and he efficiently took care of replacing our toilet, faucet, and showerhead.
