  “I was so impressed with Mesa Plumbing! They responded to my initial call incredibly quickly – the next day, actually – and they got the job done really fast, within just an hour. Mike was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing.   I was seriously considering replacing my entire Big Blue Water filter system when I discovered a leak. I’d tried everything to fix it, and was about to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Thankfully, I reached out to these guys as a last resort, and John was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the problem – the water pressure was way too high at 80psi – and installed a regulator. Now everything’s working perfectly. I really appreciate their expertise and how persistent they were. It’s fantastic that they’re a small, family-run business – you can tell they genuinely care. After a few days, the leak started again, which turned out to be damage from the high pressure. John was back out super fast to remove the system, and he offered to replace it, but we decided to handle it ourselves for now.   “I can’t praise Mesa Plumbing enough! I was in a really stressful situation – I was selling my older townhome (built in 1966) and discovered a significant plumbing issue that needed a complete overhaul. It was a major problem. Mesa Plumbing really stepped up. They were always punctual, incredibly professional, and worked with such dedication. They clearly explained everything to me and finished the job surprisingly quickly, without ever sacrificing quality.   “We had a really frustrating experience when our water heater suddenly went out during a long holiday weekend – it seems to always happen to us! Thankfully, Mike from Mesa Plumbing Co. was a lifesaver. He quickly located a replacement water heater, a 20-inch one, and was able to get it to us on Tuesday, May 27th. It was great that he found it so easily, and his supplier had plenty in stock. We really appreciate Mike’s responsiveness and Mesa Plumbing Co.’s help – they’re definitely the plumbers to call for older mobile homes like ours.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Mesa Plumbing’s response to our urgent plumbing backup – it was a 4-unit condo issue. Josh answered the call and, despite already being busy, gave us a really good initial estimate and timeframe over the phone. He was actually there within two hours, quickly snaked and flushed the main drain, and the estimate turned out to be completely accurate. What really stood out was Josh’s professionalism; he took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered to work with our HOA to review the issue and explore options like a video. Payment was super easy, and we received the invoice right away. Honestly, we’ve had this same problem twice in the last year, and no other company responded as quickly or offered such fair pricing like Mesa did.   “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mesa Plumbing. Michael and his apprentice did a fantastic job replacing our old water heater – it was a really tricky installation in a tight space, but they took their time and did it perfectly, without any shortcuts.   “I had a really positive experience with this company. It was great to speak with a person on the phone to schedule my appointment, and they were able to get me in the next day. Josh, the plumber who came out, was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly. We were really pleased with his work, and I highly recommend them.
