  Karl did a fantastic job on the curb repair project for our community here in Flagstaff. He was really professional, providing excellent customer service and delivering top-quality work. I especially appreciated his thoroughness and the way he followed up afterward to ensure we were completely satisfied.   Karl and his team were fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure. They completely transformed the parking lot, doing an amazing job of bringing it back to life.   Overall, the experience with AZ Asphalt was really disappointing. While they initially sealed and painted our parking lot, we had to have them return multiple times to correct missed areas. Unfortunately, after they addressed those issues, they left a significant amount of debris scattered across our landscaping, directly on top of our plants. Despite our call back, it became clear they hadn't properly cleaned up after themselves. We’ve since spent time tidying up, and I wouldn’t recommend hiring them again. report abuse

  Karl and AZ Asphalt did a fantastic job – they really delivered on their promises and then some! He was consistently present on-site, promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had, and quickly resolved every issue that came up.   “The street was definitely in need of repair – it had been badly damaged by speeding and was bouncing quite a bit over the speed bumps. They did a good job with a significant excavation at the base of the road. We’ll be sure to use their services again.” report abuse
