  “I just wanted to share how incredibly pleased I am with the work Sunland Asphalt did on Navajo Boulevard in Holbrook. Our main street had been seriously needing repair for quite a while, and they tackled it with fantastic results. They worked overnight, which was really considerate, and completed the entire project in just five days – it was amazing to see a new lane being finished every morning. They even did the striping themselves! The road is now so smooth and well-done, I’m honestly blown away by the quality of their work. I’d give them a full 10 stars if I could!” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Sunland and Clint Collard highly enough. We used them to resurface our resort’s roads and parking areas, and Clint was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly flexible and patient as we had to shift the project timeline a few times due to changing business demands. The asphalt work really improved the guest experience, and the Sunland team went above and beyond to minimize any disruption for our guests – it was a truly professional operation.” report abuse

  “We were extremely disappointed with Sunland’s work in our community. From the start, their communication and methods were completely disorganized and caused a huge amount of stress for residents. They provided poorly designed maps that were difficult to read and left us with no clear guidance on where to park, even threatening to tow vehicles. Worse, they began blocking off streets unnecessarily, creating chaos and forcing residents, many of whom are elderly and use mobility devices, to park far away from their homes. On top of that, they continued to position their vehicles directly in front of driveways, further restricting access. They also left a blocked-off work area unattended for an entire weekend, requiring the community patrol to step in and resolve the issue. It was clear they lacked respect for our community and the residents they were supposed to be serving. The entire experience was incredibly confusing, frustrating, and anxiety-inducing, and we sincerely hope the HOA chooses a more reliable contractor in the future.” report abuse

  “Overall, we were very pleased with the work Sunland did on our parking lot at the American Legion Post. Jesse Shroyer was fantastic – he really took the time to plan the project carefully, working around our activities and helping us manage the delivery trucks to avoid damaging the sealant. Sebastian and his crew were incredibly efficient and respectful of the Post and its members. Of course, as with any project involving heavy traffic, there were a few minor issues caused by trucks not adhering to our delivery requests. Jesse followed up with a thorough walk-through and has already scheduled touch-ups, so we’re confident those will be taken care of promptly. They spent $250 and, frankly, left a ridiculously small tip of just $7 – which, considering our back-of-house tip distribution policy, actually meant I lost $3 in tips. While I provided them with excellent service, keeping their drinks full and ensuring they were well taken care of, their behavior was disrespectful and reflected poorly on the hospitality industry.   “There are some serious concerns regarding workplace conduct. It’s crucial that all employees understand professional and respectful behavior, particularly when interacting with colleagues and clients. The suggested training on social interactions, specifically in the workplace environment, is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
