  “Overall, we were extremely pleased with Element Asphalt. As a small street of just eight lots, we’re responsible for all our own maintenance, and Element’s bid was a really great value – significantly lower than the larger companies’ offers. They did have a couple of other bids, one a little cheaper but without the upgraded sealant, and another a bit higher, but the Premium Coating option they offered was definitely worth the extra cost for the increased durability. What really stood out was their responsiveness and attention to detail; Hosea was fantastic, always answering my questions quickly, and they even added a fast-dry additive, letting us use the street after just 24 hours instead of the usual 48. They also took excellent care of blocking off the driveways and street entrances. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to Element Asphalt again when it’s time for our next road tune-up.” report abuse
