  “Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the road repair work YSC did for our community. The project was incredibly poorly planned and executed, causing a huge amount of confusion and frustration for everyone living here. It felt like they simply weren’t equipped to handle a project of this scale – coordinating traffic flow, deliveries, and residents needing to access medical appointments was just too complex. The road markings were also confusing and created a real public safety hazard, with cars getting stuck and causing dangerous situations, especially at night. What really added to our frustration was the lack of skill and empathy from YSC’s employees during what was a very stressful time for us. We wouldn’t recommend them for anything larger than a small project.” report abuse

  “I wanted to update you on the standing water issue – you can see in the photos how it’s resurfacing, and it seems like a small drainage dip into the street would really help. The HOA on the adjacent drive had a similar solution put in two years ago. I also took some pictures of the potholes and markings I noticed.
