  “Honestly, the experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. They completely failed to notify us about the repaving project, and then they actually came to our doors threatening to tow our cars! They weren’t willing to acknowledge that they hadn’t informed us, and the mess they left with the parking situation, especially in the extreme heat, was just unacceptable. I tried calling to complain, but it was the same unresponsive attitude. It seems like you definitely get what you pay for – clearly, cost was their only concern.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They arrived to perform some work this week and immediately started ahead of schedule, refusing to collect our trash despite a prior agreement. Then, this morning they began their work at 3 AM in a residential neighborhood, completely disrupting the peace and waking up my young children. Honestly, I strongly advise against using their services – there are far better options available.” report abuse

  “Unfortunately, the quality of the work wasn’t up to standard. There were still a lot of cracks left unfilled, and the ones they did fill seemed poorly executed. Based on my observations, it appeared there was inadequate supervision and quality control during the project. It started when we woke up to rocks constantly being blown into our garage and driveway – the crew was actually directing the flow of rocks into our yard while we were watching.   “I’ve been really impressed with the roadwork I’ve witnessed lately, but this situation was incredibly frustrating. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a company completely shut down a whole area for so long. They were only doing one side of the road at a time, which is typical, but it seemed like the crew was exhausted and unable to manage the parking situation effectively – forcing people to park a mile away.” report abuse

  “We got several quotes for repaving our parking lot, and Holbrook Asphalt really stood out. Aaron was fantastic – so friendly and clearly very knowledgeable, and he took the time to thoroughly assess our entire site. We ended up with an incredibly detailed proposal, complete with a clear explanation of the materials they’d use, and their price and plan just made sense. On the day of the job, Aaron was there to oversee everything, and the crew did an absolutely phenomenal job. The result is amazing – it looks brand new, and the repainted areas are perfect. They even added our requested ADA spots with new signs and decals, which look fantastic. Honestly, from start to finish, Holbrook Asphalt was honest, dependable, and professional.
