“I was so impressed with Ted – he was incredibly responsive and got back to me right away when no one else would even return my calls. He was also really professional and friendly, and I loved his accent! He even put together an estimate that night. Honestly, customer service can be tough these days, but Ted and his company were fantastic. I highly recommend them – they did a great job quickly and efficiently.”

Ted did a walk-through on the same day, and I was generally happy with his assessment. He promised me an estimate by Monday, but I never received it. After following up Wednesday, he admitted he’d sent the estimate to the wrong email address, which I promptly corrected. However, I still hadn't gotten a bid by Friday and had to contact him again Monday and again yesterday with no response. Unfortunately, I’m now going to have to find a different contractor to complete the job.
