  We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received! From the very beginning, communication was excellent, and our salesman was incredibly professional and friendly. He provided a competitive price and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The lead installer called ahead to let us know when he was on his way, and he even took the time to walk us through the layout to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They were incredibly reasonable in price, and they really went above and beyond by adjusting their schedule to fit our urgent needs – getting us a quote and then installing the fence within just a couple of days. Chad, the gentleman who gave us the quote, was fantastic – so professional and efficient. And thankfully, he and Caleb were the same team who did the installation, and the whole job was done in about 90 minutes!   “I recently contacted them for a quote and was really disappointed with the experience. They quoted a price that seemed incredibly high compared to other companies I’d gotten quotes from. When I politely pointed that out, they immediately hung up on me. I tried calling back right away, but they hung up again!   Honestly, I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They struggled to even install the gate correctly, and it took nearly three months – instead of the initially quoted six – for it to finally be put in. The installers seemed to just keep offering excuses instead of finding real solutions. Ultimately, I had to hire a completely different, more experienced company to finish the job, and I ended up paying extra to get it done right.   I was really pleased with the whole experience – from the initial chat with Vicky to the incredibly quick turnaround on getting my fence installed. Brian did a fantastic job with the measurements, and his team were not only very polite but also did a brilliant, clean job. They even took the time to tidy up the area thoroughly and perfectly addressed the touch-ups on the fence. Overall, a really positive experience. report abuse

  “We recently had Brian’s crew install a mesh pool fence, and overall the fence itself is really well-made – we’re very happy with the quality. However, we had a few concerns during the installation process. We made Brian aware that our outdoor living area was already plumbed and wired, and because of this, we were worried about the drilling. My husband, who has construction experience, was particularly detailed about the existing plumbing under our concrete pad. Despite these concerns, the fence was installed within a couple of days. Unfortunately, during the drilling, a sprinkler line was broken, causing water damage around our concrete pad. When we contacted Brian, he was quite dismissive, stating that they don’t cover damages, and it was all in the contract. Honestly, we were disappointed. As new homeowners already investing a significant amount of money in this project, we expected a more thorough discussion about potential issues and a review of the contract. It felt like the contract was essentially glossed over, and we’d recommend anyone considering this company to read it carefully before signing.” report abuse
