I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. It’s been eight weeks since I reported a need for toilet cleaning, and they’ve completely abandoned the service. Worse, I’ve been unable to get anyone to answer my calls – they just leave voicemails and don’t transfer me to a person. I spoke with a representative named Bill, and his customer service was absolutely terrible. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
