  “DCS was fantastic to work with – from the initial consultation all the way through the installation. They quickly and efficiently removed my old, outdated builder gate (which had been there for over 15 years) and replaced it with a composite wood gate that’s practically maintenance-free. It took just about two weeks, and it’s completely transformed our side yard and even impressed our neighbors, who are now also getting new gates from them!” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work DCS did on our pool fence. While the installation itself was well-done, the welding process resulted in metal flakes getting embedded in our plaster – a serious issue that wasn’t prevented with any protective measures. The owner seemed more interested in pointing fingers at our original pool plaster company, suggesting it was simply something that blew in, despite my six years of living here with no prior issues of this kind. Now, I’m left with the added and costly burden of having to drain, treat, and refill my pool because DCS won’t take responsibility for their mistake. I strongly advise anyone considering using DCS to carefully monitor their pool for potential damage and, frankly, don't expect them to cover up their errors. I won't be recommending them, and I’m seriously considering escalating this matter with the ROC.” report abuse

  Overall, we’re really pleased with the recently completed pool fence project at Paradise RV. Moving the fence and gates was exactly what we needed to improve access for residents and guests, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for our age-qualified community. The new fence has really elevated the pool and spa area – it’s a beautiful addition and far exceeded our expectations.   “I was really disappointed with this experience. I contacted them for a simple quote on a basic pool fence – just a straight line to section off the yard. I even took time off work to be available for the consultation and discuss the options. Unfortunately, they completely ignored their appointment and didn't show up. I waited the entire scheduled time, and then received a last-minute email saying the technician was unexpectedly busy elsewhere. It was sent just an hour before they were due, and it felt incredibly unprofessional. Using a vacation day for this was frustrating, especially when I could have been enjoying my family time. Honestly, I won’t be using this company again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them – reliability is crucial, and they clearly didn't deliver.” report abuse

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They did a fantastic job installing our gate – they listened carefully to our design requests and executed them perfectly. Plus, they were really responsive and completed the work within our agreed-upon timeframe, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. I’ve contacted them multiple times over the past few weeks to discuss scheduling and payment, but I’ve received no response or helpful assistance. They were over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, and each time I’ve reached out, they’ve been unable to locate my original estimate or provide me with information about my outstanding balance – even adding a 3% fee for using a debit card.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. They were incredibly flexible with my schedule thanks to the scheduler, and the owner was fantastic – really knowledgeable and offered some great ideas for my fence.
